Some residents have an Analytics item in the web menu and others do not. It is an optional page that summarises activity for your own unit — nothing community-wide — over the last week, month or quarter.
Why your menu may not show it
- Analytics is switched on or off for the whole community by the office.
- The office can also override that for an individual resident, turning it on for you when the community default is off, or off when it is on.
If you would like it and cannot see it, ask your office. There is nothing to enable on your side.
What the page shows
- Open Analytics on the web at app.maximum.community.
- Pick a range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default) or Last 90 days.
- Summary cards for total visitors, packages, QR code passes, average visit duration and vehicle recognitions from the licence-plate cameras.
- A visitor trend by day, visitors by type, packages by carrier, your QR code usage rate, party events you hosted with average attendance, your top recurring visitors, and the average time your packages wait for pickup.
Good to know
- Everything is scoped to your own resident record. You cannot see another home's figures, and neighbours cannot see yours.
- Vehicle recognitions only appear if your community uses licence-plate cameras; otherwise the card stays at zero.
- Analytics is a web page. The iPhone app does not include it.
- For a list of individual visits rather than totals, use visit history.
