“Nobody told me” is the most common dispute after a missed gate call, a package notice or a community alert. You can settle it yourself: the web app keeps a record of everything the community has sent you, including messages that were attempted and did not arrive.
Where to find it
On the web at app.maximum.community, choose Notifications from the menu. This is your notification history — not the bell icon, which is covered below.
What the page shows
- Every Text, Email, Push and In app message sent to you, newest first, each with the exact date and time rather than “2 days ago”.
- Filter chips for All and each channel, with counts, so “no texts” is visibly different from “I have not looked at texts”.
- A failed send is shown as prominently as a successful one, with a red status badge. If a text bounced, you will see that it was attempted and did not get through.
- Email rows show the subject only, because the body of an email is not stored.
- Push counts as delivered once it has been handed to Apple or Google; in-app notifications are always delivered because they are written straight into the app.
Export a copy
Tap Export to download a CSV with the UTC timestamp, channel, type, delivered yes/no, status and message for every row. It is a normal browser download, useful if you need to show the office exactly what reached you.
How the bell is different
The bell at the top of the page shows your latest in-app notifications only, with Mark all read and a View all notifications link. That link opens the full in-app inbox, where you can switch to Unread only, delete a single item, and tap any item to jump to the page it relates to. The history page is the wider record across all four channels.
Good to know
- The page shows up to the 200 most recent items per channel.
- It is not limited to one community: if you live in two, you see messages from both.
- This page is web-only; the iPhone app does not have a history view.
