Where do I find community bylaws, rules and meeting minutes?

Governing documents live under Documents on the web; here is where to look, how they are grouped, and why you may see fewer files than the office uploaded.

Your community's governing documents — bylaws, rules and regulations, meeting minutes, forms, financial reports and newsletters — are published on the web at app.maximum.community under Documents.

Open the Documents page

  1. Sign in on the web and choose Documents from the menu.
  2. Documents are grouped under Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, Meeting Minutes, Forms, Financial Reports, Newsletters and Other. Within each group, the newest upload is first.
  3. Each row shows the title and the upload date. Tap a row to download the file.

Why you see fewer documents than expected

  • Only documents the office has marked public are listed. The office can keep drafts and internal files in the same library without publishing them, so a document you heard about may simply not be public yet. Ask the office to publish it.
  • The page says “No documents available”. Nothing has been published yet; “Community documents will appear here when published.”
  • Documents is missing from your menu. Your community has switched the document library off. Ask the office how they share governing documents instead.

Good to know

  • Files are served through the app only after it confirms you belong to the community. A copied link is not a public download — someone outside your community cannot use it.
  • The office can upload PDF, Word, Excel, JPEG, PNG and plain-text files, so most documents open with the apps already on your device.
  • The Documents page is on the web. The iPhone app does not include a documents section, so use a browser when you need a bylaw or a form.
  • If a document is out of date, tell the office — residents cannot upload or edit files.
