When a delivery is left with the gate or front desk, staff log it against you and you can see it in the app under Packages or on the web under Packages. You cannot edit these entries — they are the front desk's record — but you can always check what is waiting.
What you see
Each package shows the carrier, the tracking number if one was recorded, and when it was received. On the web, tap a package for the detail view: Carrier, Tracking #, Status, Received time, Picked Up time once collected, any Notes staff added, and a Photo if one was taken. Your home screen also shows a count of packages still waiting for you.
The statuses
- Received — logged at the desk and waiting for you.
- Notified — the desk has sent you a pickup notice. It reads: “A package from [carrier] has been delivered for you. Please pick it up from the front desk.”
- Picked Up — it was collected; the pickup time is recorded.
- Returned — the package was sent back to the carrier.
When the notice arrives
The pickup notice is sent when the front desk sends it from the package record, not automatically at the moment the package is logged. So a package can sit as Received for a while before you hear about it; if you are expecting something, check the list rather than waiting for the notice. Which channels the notice uses — push, email, text — follows your notification preferences.
Good to know
- Packages appear only if your community has package logging turned on; if you never see the section, the desk is not using it.
- Only packages logged to you appear — not a neighbour's, even in the same building.
- If a package you know was delivered is not listed, ask the front desk; it may have been logged to the wrong resident or not logged at all.
