Visit history lives in the web app at app.maximum.community. In the iPhone app, the Visitors tab shows your passes (Active, Recurring, One-time, Denied) and tapping one opens its pass/QR sheet — the log of past visits is on the web.
Your visit history is a running log of everyone who's been buzzed in, scanned in, or driven through the gate for your unit. It's the quickest way to confirm a guest actually arrived, check that a delivery made it, or look back at who came by while you were out.
1. Open your visit history
Sign in at app.maximum.community and open Visit History from the resident menu. Entries are listed newest first, so the most recent arrival is right at the top.
2. Read an entry at a glance
Each entry usually shows:
- The visitor's name and how they entered — QR code, PIN, the guard's list, or a recognized license plate.
- The date and time they came through.
- Which gate or entrance they used, if your community has more than one.
A missed intercom call shows up here too, marked as a missed visitor, so you know someone stopped by even if you didn't pick up.
3. What an entry can include
Depending on what your community captures, an entry can also show which gate was used, the exact entry method, and a note the guard added. It's the record to check when you want to be sure the right person came through.
4. Find a specific visit
If your history is long, use the date range to jump to a particular day, or export the list to keep a copy. This is handy for confirming, say, whether a contractor showed up on the day they said they would.
Troubleshooting
A visit you expected isn't listed. You only see visits tied to your own unit. If a guest arrived but isn't showing, the pass may have been sent from a different account, or the visit was recorded against another unit. Check that the pass you sent came from your own login.
You can see community-wide entries missing. That's by design — the full, community-wide log is for your property manager and security team. Your app shows only the visits connected to your unit.
An entry has no note or gate detail. Guards don't note every entry, and not every community records the gate. A sparse entry just means nothing extra was recorded for that visit — the entry itself is still accurate. Gate photos, where captured, are kept for your property manager and security team.
How far back the history goes. How long visits and photos are kept follows your community's retention settings, so very old entries may drop off. If you need a record kept longer, ask your property manager.
